Montebello Medical is currently accepting new patients.

To register as a new patient:

1.     Click here to complete the new patient registration form.

2.     Come in to the office to provide authorization for Montebello Medical to contact your family physician and receive your medical files. 

If you are new to Nova Scotia, please note:

·         There may be charges for the costs of medical care until your health card is officially transferred to Nova Scotia for MSI coverage.

If you are new to Canada, please note:

·         Newly landed immigrants and permanent residents in Nova Scotia are eligible for health care coverage from the Government of Canada.  For more information, visit the Health Canada website.

·         Tourists needing urgent but non-emergency medical care may visit our Walk-in Clinic.  Fees will apply.
