Aging Health & Wellness Clinic

Different age groups often require different health care services.  We provide clinical health care services and sound advice to assist seniors in maintaining the most healthy, active and independent lifestyle possible.  By screening vision and hearing and assessments on diet, dental health and mobility, our physicians can recommend devices and solutions for a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Our physicians can also assist seniors and caregivers to make use of community resources including home health care services. 
We encourage caregivers who are an important part of a seniors’ health and wellness treatment to attend the appointment as well.  Creating this alliance is often beneficial for all parties: the senior, the caregiver and the family physician. 
These primary care services are provided to patients of Montebello Medical by family physicians.  Visits are booked by appointment only.
